My Story:

For me, work isn’t just about earning a salary. It’s about supporting my family, living my values in all that I do, and having the freedom to live my life. The Co-operators gives me all that, in part, through the remarkable rewards they offer.

Flexible work hours help me get my job done and still be there for my family when they need me. Paid volunteer days allow me to support efforts in my community, not only as part of the organization, but also as an individual. The Employee Assistance Program provides information on a wide variety of social, legal and medical issues; with 24-hour service, they were able to connect me with professionals in my city when I needed help. And, support from our HR team during my recovery from a car accident helped me get back to work sooner, without sacrificing the quality of my home life.
