National Service Excellence Conference
Our peer-nominated service excellence program recognizes the valuable contributions of staff members who excel in providing service to clients and co-workers. Since 1985, selected nominees have participated in the annual National Service Excellence Conference held in unique Canadian locations such as Whistler, Quebec City, Banff, Victoria, and St. John's.
The conference is an opportunity for you to meet with other staff, share their ideas and experiences in providing and enhancing client service, participate in development workshops and network with senior management. Nationally, both the numbers of employees nominated and those selected to attend the conference has increased yearly.
Service Anniversary Program
We know that you’ll dedicate a lot of time to the organization over the course of your career. Our Service Anniversary Program recognizes significant service milestones with corporate gifts and celebrations.
Annual Staff Engagement Survey
Your opinions are important to us, so keeping the channels of communication open is another way we respect and recognize your contributions. Our senior leaders are accessible to all, and want to hear what our employees are thinking about.
Each year through our online staff engagement survey, we ask our employees to let us know what they like about working here, and where we as a company can improve. Continuous improvement is a priority, so our senior leaders study the feedback closely, and work with both management and staff teams to develop new ways to ensure employee satisfaction.
