The Opportunity
The Agency Sales Instructional Designer is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of learning strategies and programs to meet stated learning objectives.
This is a 12 month temporary position.
Your Qualifications
- Three years of professional experience in a training and development environment.
- Certificate or diploma in adult learning design.
- Knowledge of the practical application of adult learning theory including experience creating learning programs.
- Knowledge of blended learning strategies including formal instruction and workplace learning.
- Experience in group presentation or facilitation.
- Bilingual in French would be an asset.
