Professionals in these roles develop and implement direct sponsorships, collaborative partnerships, in-kind support and donations, and work to enhance our sustainable corporate citizenship.
Build stronger communities through corporate citizenship
Community relations roles include corporate citizenship specialists, public relations managers, media relations specialists, sustainability analysts, government relations specialists and program co-ordinators. These professionals develop key relationships within the community, government and media through public relations opportunites.

Your qualifications
- Post secondary education in political science, communications, journalism, business, economics, environmental studies, public relations, community investment, co-operative studies.
- Public Relations certification through the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and/or Accredited Public Relations (APR).
- Written and verbal communication, including presentation/facilitation.
- Understanding of
The Co-operators as an organization and as a co-operative, its values, goals and corporate objectives. - Bilingualism is an asset.
