Own a full-service agency
Our exclusive agents are not only insurance and financial professionals, but also high-achieving business owners who build and manage their own insurance agencies. We encourage our agents to have strong, visible ties to the community by playing an active role through volunteering and supporting of local charities in the communities where their agencies are located.
As an agent, you’ll develop business and marketing plans, and hire and manage your own team of insurance professionals to help you achieve your business goals. You’ll receive support with the training and tools you need to develop business growth strategies, with a full curriculum of programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, business management and leadership skills for both new and experienced agents.
Your qualifications
- Life License, General License, and professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP).
- Skilled in client service, verbal and written communication, organization, time management, self management.
- Business owners, entrepreneurial experience, sales experience or experience in the financial services industry would be an asset.
