It’s based on your performance and determined by your production levels and quality of business; the better you manage and control your agency's operating expenses, the better your net income.
As the quality and quantity of your business increases, so does your income. For general lines of insurance, such as home and auto, you receive a base compensation plus quality incentives, plus commission as a percentage of new premiums sold and premiums paid at renewal.

Travel to Executive Builders
We understand the value our financial advisors bring to our clients, so we reward them with a number of annual recognition and incentive programs. The Executive Builders program, which rewards our financial advisors across the country for outstanding sales results, has seen financial advisors travel to various destinations such as Greece, Switzerland, Spain and Hawaii.
